Experienced Behavioral Health Subject Matter Experts
Mental Health Delivery Systems, Inc. ("MHDS") was established in 1988 to manage a consortium of Level-14 group homes in the San Gabriel Valley. Under the leadership of Don Lomas, the group homes provided care for latency and adolescent youth referred by the Departments of Children's Services and Probation. Youngsters admitted to residential care at the MHDS consortium homes were admitted to the Intensive Day Treatment Program at Pacific Clinics.
Beginning in 1999 MHDS services focused primarily on program development and consultation building on Dr. Lomas' years of experience as a senior manager on the e xecutive team at Pacific Clinics.
Between 2002 and 2004 MHDS provided management services for RTI, Inc. (now known as San Gabriel Children's Center), guiding the reconfiguration of clinical services and re-organization of the agency's administrative structure.
In 2003 MHDS worked with the Pasadena Unified School District, the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, and the University of Southern California School of Social Work to establish a County- funded School Mental Health Program at Pasadena Unified.
In 2004 MHDS joined with Innovare.com to to operate Clinivate, LLC, a software development company that produced Clinitrak, an electronic health record system for behavioral health provider agencies that was in daily use for almost 18 years by over 1000 providers at multiple agencies in California.
